Age Requirements

All ages are welcome to attend our event.

We require children who are younger than 18 years of age to have their parents' or legal guardian's permission to attend our event.

Admission is free for children under 4 years of age, as long as they are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or chaperone who purchases admission to our event.

 

Admission

We require you to show valid admission to attend our event. When you arrive at our event, please show us proof of your identity and proof of your online purchase of admission to our event:

  • Your confirmation number
  • Your confirmation email
  • Photo identification, such as your school ID, driver license, or identification card that has your photo. If you cannot provide photo ID for yourself, then your parent, legal guardian, or chaperone must provide their photo ID.

We require children who are younger than 18 years of age to have their parents' or legal guardian's permission to attend our event.

Admission is free for children under 4 years of age, as long as they are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or chaperone who purchases admission to our event.

Creators Live does not charge a separate entrance fee, in addition to the cost of the ticket itself. Any applicable fees for you to park your vehicle at the venue, however, are your responsibility. Please see the Parking section below for more information.

If circumstances require us to postpone the event, the admission you purchased for the original date will be valid for the new, rescheduled date.

Before purchasing admission, please make sure to review our Refund Policy.

 

Ticket Availability

We highly recommend purchasing tickets online from our website prior to our event. Purchasing tickets at the event itself is subject to availability, and will not be offered for sale if our event sells out beforehand. We will not honor tickets sold from any source other than our own website.

Our ticketing system continues to offer tickets for sale until the supply sells out. If our event takes place across multiple locations, our ticketing system takes into account the available tickets for a specific location, and will continue to offer tickets for sale until the supply for that location sells out. If you still see tickets for sale (at a specific location, if our event takes place across multiple locations), it means that tickets are still available (at that location). You can buy tickets on the day of the event itself, as long as our ticketing system shows that tickets are still available (at that location).

After our event concludes, we will, as soon as possible, remove from our website the tickets that were sold for that event. Please make sure that the tickets you’re buying are for an upcoming event, and not for an event that has already concluded. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

 

How to Buy Tickets

Make sure to review our Refund Policy prior to buying tickets.

If you are unable to follow the instructions below as shown, it means that tickets are not yet available for sale, or else the event has concluded and tickets for that event are no longer available. If you’re trying to purchase your tickets for an upcoming event, but the ticket page is not available, please try again later.

To buy your admission ticket(s), follow these steps:

  1. Click or tap the Menu icon () near the upper-left corner of the screen.
  2. In the menu that appears, click or tap "TICKETS."
  3. In the screen that appears, decide which type of ticket you want to purchase.
  4. Follow this step only when the event takes place across multiple locations; otherwise, skip this step. For the ticket that you want to purchase, use the list box to select the specific location for which you're buying the ticket. For example, if you want to purchase a ticket for the Tampa, Florida location, follow these steps:
    1. Click or tap the list box that says "Branson, MO - price," where price is the price of the ticket.
    2. Use the list box to select "Tampa, FL - price," where price is the price of the ticket.
  5. Use the + or - buttons underneath the list box to specify the number of tickets you're purchasing.
  6. Click or tap the "Add to Cart" button.

The tickets are now added to your shopping cart. To complete your purchase, follow the steps in the section How to Check Out.

 

How to Check Out

Make sure to review our Refund Policy prior to checking out.

After you've added items to your shopping cart, follow these steps to check out and complete your purchase:

  1. Click or tap the shopping-cart icon () near the upper-right corner of the screen. The shopping-cart icon might have a dot overlaid on it. The dot simply means that the shopping cart has items in it.
  2. In the screen that appears, confirm the details of your purchase. For example, make sure you're purchasing the correct ticket type, such as a standard ticket or a premium ticket. If the event has several different locations, make sure the ticket you're purchasing is for the correct location. Make sure that the ticket is for an upcoming date, and not for a date that has already passed.
  3. Leading up to the event date, and during the event itself, a list box appears above the line that shows the total price of your purchase. This list box is labelled "Which creator are you most excited to meet?" Use this list box to specify the creator you're most excited to meet when you attend our event. If the creator doesn't appear in the list, select "Other" and when the "Other" text box appears, use that text box to manually enter the creator's name.
  4. Click or tap the "Check Out" button.
  5. On the page that appears, complete the details of your order (name, mailing address, any applicable discount codes, and so on) and finish your purchase.

New for This Event

 

Our February 13, 2021 event will take place in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It will be a show/meet-and-greet event that’s similar to the event we held in Branson in June 2020. See the Venue section of this page for more information about the venue for the February 13, 2021 event.

Event Duration

The show portion of our event will follow a set schedule. Please come back later to see the complete schedule.

The length of the meet-and-greet portion of our event depends on the number of people who line up to meet their favorite creators. Please note: VIP Creator Pass holders line up ahead of Regular Creator Pass holders for the meet-and-greet portion of the event. If you want to reduce your wait time in line for the meet-and-greet portion of the event, please consider purchasing a VIP Creator Pass instead of a Regular Creator Pass.

Based on our previous events, the line could be as short as one hour, or it could be as long as three hours. The best way to determine your wait time is to see the number of people ahead of you in line.

Code of Conduct

We ask our attendees to respectfully behave appropriately at all times during our event. The venue reserves the right to ask disruptive attendees to disperse or otherwise leave their establishment.

As a general rule: If you don't want your behavior to wind up getting recorded on video by strangers, made into a viral Internet craze, and shown to all of your family and friends, please don't do it. Please consider behaving according to the Golden Rule: Treat others as you'd want to be treated yourself. No one wants to have a bad day at the event, or several bad days after the event, because of a poor decision to behave disrespectfully or inappropriately.

 

COVID-19 Information

We follow state guidelines regarding COVID-19 mitigation strategies. Specifically:

  • We ask that attendees who feel sick do not attend our event.
  • We check temperatures of attendees. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who clearly shows signs of having a fever.
  • We require attendees to wear face masks during our event.
  • We highly recommend that attendees practice social distancing and maintain at least 6 feet of distance apart from one another during our event.

If circumstances require us to postpone the event due to COVID-19, the admission you purchased for the original date will be valid for the new, rescheduled date.

 

For Creators, Managers, and Press

If you are a creator, a manager of creators, or a member of the press, please see the information below.

 

Creators

Please fill out a Creator Application. We take several factors into account when we choose creators to appear at our events. It’s not just a matter of the number of followers you have online. Due to competitive business reasons, we cannot disclose the exact criteria we use for choosing creators to appear at our events. Because we receive a substantial number of creator applications, we cannot reply to each application individually. If we choose you to appear at one of our future events, we'll contact you using the information you provided in your application. Please note: Filling out a Creator Application does not guarantee that you will be chosen to appear at one of our future events.

 

Managers

We thank you for your interest in having your creator(s) featured at one of our future events. Please send an email to info@creators-live.com so that we can have your information available when we plan future events. Due to the volume of email we receive, we cannot reply to each email individually. If we choose one or more of your creators to appear at one of our future events, we'll contact you using the information you provided in your email.

 

Press

Please send an email to info@creators-live.com and provide your contact information and information about your press credentials and/or the publications/blogs/news outlets that you represent. We'll use the information you provide to contact you regarding press-level access to our event. We reserve the right to independently verify the information that we receive. Please note: Impersonating a credentialed member of the press, or providing false information about your press credentials, could result in your being banned from our events.

 

Future Events

To be among the first people to receive information about our future events, please follow us on Instagram. We use our Instagram account, @creatorsliveofficial, to announce our latest and greatest events. A short while after the initial announcement happens on Instagram, you can learn more about the event by visiting our website.

Check out our History page to learn more about our past events. You can discover the venues where the events were held, as well as the creators who appeared at each event. Also, you'll find various photos from each of the events.

Parking

The venue's parking lot is not dedicated to Creators Live use. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to park your vehicle onsite for our event. We recommend that you carpool, take a bus or a taxi, or use ride-sharing services, such as Lyft or Uber, for transportation to and from our event.

If the venue charges fees for you to park your vehicle onsite, those fees are your responsibility. Please contact the venue directly for more information about parking.


 

Policies

 

 

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

For example, you will NOT receive a refund in the following situations:

  • You purchased admission, but you changed your mind afterwards.
  • You purchased admission, but you did not double-check your order before finalizing it to make sure that its details were correct (the correct ticket type; the correct location, if our event has more than one location; and so on), and you made a mistake.
  • You expected to see a specific creator at our event, but that creator appeared more briefly than you expected, or that creator did not appear at all.
  • You did not double-check the date of our event, and you arrived earlier or later than the actual date.
  • You did not double-check the starting time for our event, and when you arrived at the venue, our event had already concluded there.
  • You were denied entry to our event.
  • You were asked to leave our event.

Refunds will be provided only in the case where our entire event is canceled.

 

No-Show Policy

If you purchase admission to attend our event, but you do not attend our event, you cannot use the admission you purchased to attend one of our future events.

 

Security Policy

All bags, purses, and backpacks will be searched prior to entry to our event. We recommend that you do not bring any bags with you to our event. If you must bring something with you, we ask that you bring a single, clear-plastic bag, so that you can pass quickly through our bag search. If the venue or our event officials determine that additional security is necessary, the following additional searches might occur:

  • Visual search
  • Inspection of coats and open containers
  • Wand-based search
  • Metal-detector search
  • Pat-downs

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who attempts to bring to our event any illegal items or other items we deem inappropriate. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement anyone we believe poses a risk to the safety and security of our event.

 

Creator Availability Policy

The creators who appear at our event do so on a best-effort basis. Potentially, due to unforeseen circumstances, some creators might be unable to appear at our event, or might need to leave our event earlier than originally anticipated. NO REFUNDS will be given due to the absence of a specific creator at our event.

 

Animal Policy

We do not allow animals or pets of any kind at our event.
